Best Relaxing Vacation Villa

If you are looking for a great place to relax and unwind, look no further! We travelled from Canada to Greece for the first time and wanted to experience a less commercial more authentic Greek village. We had a wonderful time staying at the Almond Villa, even though mother nature tested us with a wind storm and left us without power for almost 24hours. Harry, our host, kept us comfortable and up to date on the utility company progress on restoring the power. However, the villa has a gas BBQ and we stocked up on ice - what else one needs besides meat and cold beer during a wind storm :)
The villa is very comfortable and located within walking distance to the village amenities and 10 minutes drive to several beautiful beaches, local shopping and restaurants. Also within 20-30 minutes drive you can find yourself in the center of the city of Lefkada, strolling on the promenade, having dinner at sea view restaurants or shopping for souvenirs.
We will definitely return to this lovely place in the future!
